Faculty of Architecture, Computing & Humanities

The Faculty of Architecture, Computing & Humanities is a multidisciplinary faculty with over 10,000 students and 345 permanent full-time staff.

We offer a wide range of subjects in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) and arts-based areas, professional and applied. Our research areas provide many rich opportunities for collaboration between students, staff and departments both within the faculty and with the rest of the university.

We have excellent facilities including computer laboratories, video and film-making studios, music equipment, and literary and academic journals in the library. We enjoy the setting of the old maritime hospital site and the state-of-the-art Stockwell Street building, which will house an impressive array of facilities, including a new library, TV studios, exhibition space, lecture theatres, roof gardens, and a café.
